SHOPPING OUR STORE

We are always on the look for great Canadian lines, and we do carry a few like Lisette, Yoga Jeans, Barefoot Venus, Unbelts and Pink Martini. Some of our companies are Canadian or designed in Canada but produce their stock elsewhere, and some of our brands manufacture some items in Canada, but not all. We do our best to support our local economy.

We do! We are happy to order something in if your size or colour isn't available in-store. Please be aware that there may be a shipping fee added for this service and that special orders are final sale and are not eligible for any discounts or promotions.

We generally restrict our alterations to the basics, and we do send them off-site for this. However, if you are looking for more complex alterations, we are happy to offer recommendations.

In-store we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac. Online we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Yes! We currently ship to the US for a flat fee.

When our customers ask us to put items on hold for them, they continue to show up as in stock on our website.

If you're having this issue, please check back in a day or two to see if you can make your purchase then, or contact us and we'll let you know when the item sells or becomes available again.

RETURNS

Full-priced items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached may be returned back to us for full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or, in cases of shipped items, within 14 days of delivery to your mailbox.

Store credit will be given to partially discounted items within 14 days of purchase, or in cases of shipped items, within 14 days of delivery to your mailbox.

Store credit will be given to items purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) at a discounted price. In this case, both items must be returned, unless exchanging sizes.

Final sale on items half-priced or further reduced, and all BOGO purchases.

Final sale on all underwear or swimwear.

If you selected local pickup, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items.

You can mail back items, or you can bring them to the store at 70 Brock Street West, Uxbridge, ON, L9P 1P4 (AFTER you have emailed us and received a Return Authorization email – see “How do I ship my order back to you?” below)

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail with a receipt of the refund, or in cases of eligible discounted items, a receipt with store credit issued.

CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY 2023

Items purchased on or after November 1st, 2023 that fall outside of our regular Return Policy (excluding final sale items) may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY, until December 31st, 2023.

After December 31st, 2023, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges for any items that do not fall within our regular Return Policy.

Step 1:

Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Step 2:

E-mail alexa@woodsclothingstore.com and explain why you want to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved. PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your item(s) back within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 14 day window, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Step 3:

Drop off your securely sealed return package at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Step 4:

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail. We'll take it from there, and get you set up with a refund. Please note that refunds can take a while to show up after they have been processed on our end.

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize!

Please notify us & send a picture of the damage to alexa.woodsclothing@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will refund you, or replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an item and you feel that it is defective or damaged and you send it back to our store and we thoroughly check it for defects and damage and see nothing wrong with the item, you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges or issued a refund, and it will be sent back to you at your expense. Only when an item is 100% damaged or defective will we issue a refund.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts. No exceptions.
