Refund policy
Full-priced items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached may be returned back to us for full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or, in cases of shipped items, within 14 days of delivery to your mailbox.
Store credit will be given to partially discounted items within 14 days of purchase, or in cases of shipped items, within 14 days of delivery to your mailbox.
Store credit will be given to items purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) at a partially discounted price. In this case, both items must be returned, unless exchanging sizes.
Final sale on items half-priced or further reduced, and all Buy One, Get One FREE purchases.
Final sale on all underwear or swimwear.
If you selected local pickup, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items.
Items can be brought into the store for return or exchange.
Exchanges are processed at the original purchase value and do not qualify for promotional pricing or free items.
If you are returning an item by mail, please contact us first at alexa@woodsclothingstore.com to receive a Return Authorization email (see “How do I ship my order back to you?” in our FAQ section).
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via email with a receipt of the refund, or in the case of eligible discounted items, confirmation of store credit issued.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on items they choose to return.

All online sales placed outside of Canada are final sale.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail with a receipt of the refund, or in cases of eligible discounted items, a receipt with store credit issued.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We stand by the quality of our clothing. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 3 months of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.
CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY 2025
Items purchased on or after November 1st, 2025 that fall outside of our regular Return Policy (excluding final sale items) may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY, until January 5th, 2026
After January 5th, 2026, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges for any items that do not fall within our regular Return Policy.
